  While the intake staff were nice, that's the only positive part of my experience. I waited 10-15 min after signing in electronically (isn't too bad). But then waited another 20 min to be taken back to the treatment area, only to be given a paper and then forgotten about for another 30 min. Meanwhile the place was empty, and I can hear the staff laughing and singing. I finally opened the curtain in the room I was sitting in. I stood up and stood at the door, looking for someone to help at all, only to have 3 staff members turn around, tell me my baby I was holding was cute. They then turned around and kept chatting at a computer. I then went past the front desk to tell them that I was never seen, so I wouldn't be charged. At that desk there were two staff members chatting it up. Would recommend anywhere else but here..
