  Wait times were relatively short, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and they took them all very seriously, answering them thoroughly and making sure I understood everything. The location is great and was only a short drive from my house (I've since moved) and it was easy to find. The place was clean and well kept, and I never had any issues with billing or rudeness like some do at offices. I can't say I preferred one doctor overs the others because they were all excellent, and the environment was appealing. I would definitely recommend coming here. The only thing I could complain about, if I were to be nit picky, would be that it took them well over a month to transfer over my records to my new practice, and they sent it on a disk instead of faxing it. The disk never arrived, so my new practice had to call a few times to finally get it faxed. The issue is resolved now, but it was a little frustrated. I don't entirely blame WHSC though, since they were flooded with a bunch of new patients after Generations of Women unexpectedly closed, but the slow transfer was still a bit frustrating for my new practice. Still, this place gets 5 stars and definitely deserves them.
