  I work with insurance agents all over northern Utah when their clients are having very very bad days. Tom goes above and beyond for his clients when they are really in their time of need. He's the guy you want in your corner when you have an accident or broken water line in your basement.

  I have been with Farmers Insurance for quite a few years. Every time I have needed them Tom has always been there to help and does it quick. My recent last experience was my Camry being vandalized and I had the same thing happen with a fiat I owned about a year ago. I paid the Fiat cost of fixing out of my pocket because I thought my deductible was 500.00 and the bill was for 508.00 and I didn't turn it in. Well when the Camry just got vandalized he told me it was only 100.00 deductible and even reimbursed me for the Fiat from a year ago because it would have been only 100.00. He paid the auto body the same day I talked with him and the check for the Fiat was driven to my house because I couldn't come pick it up. That is service. Great Guy Great Company.
